Who doesn’t like to learn household tips?  I know I sure do!  Especially ones that can help me save a little time and $.  I was reading some today when I thought.. I really need to combine some of these in a place that I can easily refer back to them.  Then I thought well geeze.. why not share them with my friends and fans while I am at it?

Now please remember, most of these came from other sources.  I do not want the credit for them.  I am just sharing them with you while making my life a little easier, lol.

The first tip I wanted to share I found really, really helpful!  Do you use a Swiffer or ReadyMop? Save yourself some $ by using a washcloth or fabric rag of the right size and shape instead of buying the replacement wipes!  Moisten the cloth with water or a diluted cleaning solution.  A little moisture helps pick up the dust and doesn’t make your floor too wet in any one area. If it gets really dirty, rinse it out and put it back on, or switch to another reusable cloth. Throw the cloth in with your laundry when you finish cleaning. Your floors will look great, and you’ll spend less money replacing wipes!
